- All bookings, inquiries, and payments are processed through “Pms.Rent” Agents.
- One account with “Pms.Rent” Agent is all you need to publish on over 300 portals, connected travel agencies, niche, and local websites.
Services provided by the platform include:
- Ability to connect Suns calendars (.ics) for synchronization with the booking channels you already work with.
- The calendar allows you to set temporary holds. You can specify the number of days or hours for which you temporarily close the dates. After this time expires, the dates will automatically reopen if no further action is taken.
- Each owner has a webpage on the Agent’s site with a multi-calendar displaying the availability of their properties. Owners can share this page with potential guests.
- You can manage and update photos, prices, descriptions, and data, as well as open or close dates from any computer, tablet, or smartphone, making you highly mobile.
- This feature allows you to set special pricing periods and minimum night stay requirements. It also enables you to set “window periods,” where you can specify a different minimum stay (e.g., 2 or 6 nights) and apply a special price.
- The Agent processes the payment within 24-48 hours after the guest checks into your property. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account or credit card depends on the currency received, your bank’s processing time, the day of the week, and your credit card status.

To receive money quickly, it is recommended that property owners register with the payment service provider https://wise.com. This service allows you to open free accounts in various currencies and provides virtual and physical debit cards. The service does not require a tax identification number.
With Wise.com, you can:
- Accept money from your agent in any currency.
- Keep your money in your Wise.com accounts.
- Make payments or transfer money in any currency to your family members, partners, etc.
- Withdraw money in any currency to your bank account in your country or to your credit card.
We would like to draw your attention that the “Pms.Rent” Platform does not directly interact with accommodation owners. Registration of properties is available only through our affiliated agents, whom you can find in the list below. However, if there is no agent from your region in this list, and you own at least 5 accommodation units, you can open an account with us and become a manager of your own properties. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy all the advantages of our platform, except for creating your own website.
