Please note: PMS.Rent does not work with property owners directly — we provide the technological infrastructure. To register, you can choose one of three paths:
- Through an Agent: Register with one of our affiliated Agents in your region. This is the fastest way to start generating bookings.
- Become a Property Manager: If there is no Agent in your region but you own 10 or more properties, you can open a Manager account. This gives you full access to the platform to manage your own portfolio.
- Become an Agent: If you want to manage not only your own properties but also those of other owners, apply for Affiliate Agent status.
Finance and service
Payouts are issued 24–48 hours after the guest’s check‑in. To receive money instantly and without bureaucracy, we recommend the Wise.com service.
